The new dual drive system for logistics applications

The new FAULHABER DualGear was specifically designed for the requirements in automated warehouse logistics – especially for applications in storage and retrieval machines and in compact wheel drives of autonomous logistics systems. One particular advantage of the new drive system is its compactness: Two powerful movements can be realized with a single drive, thereby eliminating the need for two separate systems.

The new FAULHABER DualGear combines a powerful 4-pole technology with two planetary gearheads to create an especially compact and efficient drive system. Thanks to its diameter-compliant design of just 32 mm as well as the integrated sensors, it is ideally suited for spacecritical applications in modern logistics and conveying technology. The result is a solution that combines high efficiency, reliable operation and a long service life – a true upgrade for conveyor technology and intralogistics systems of the next generation.
