The slope of the characteristic curve gives the relationship between speed and torque. The slower the speed decreases under load (e.g., 822 rpm/mNm is "better" than 1000 rpm/mNm) the more powerful the motor.
The characteristic curve slope is especially well suited for comparing various motors with respect to their performance. If two motors have the same volume, the motor with the smaller characteristic curve slope is the more powerful.
