In addition to a qualified apprenticeship and after its successful completion, FAULHABER offers you great prospects. If you are looking for a technical or commercial apprenticeship and a good working atmosphere is important to you, then FAULHABER is the right place for you.
For our technical apprenticeships, training takes place in our own training workshop, where you will receive individual support from our trainers. During your training, you will also spend two weeks at our site in Hungary.
If you are interested in commercial training as an industrial clerk or IT specialist (m/f/d), you will be supervised and trained in the respective specialist areas of our company and you will also spend two weeks at our site in Croglio, Switzerland.
Otherwise, all our apprenticeships take place at our main site in Schönaich.
Your tasks will include the production of individual components, which you will assemble into complex machines. In addition to the construction, maintenance and repair of machines and production systems, you will check their function and put them into operation. During and after your apprenticeship, you will work in areas such as production, assembly, quality assurance and service.

Duration: 3.5 years
This job profile is characterized by a focus on mechanics, electronics and IT. Mechatronics technicians (m/f/d) assemble mechanical components, program and test electrical and pneumatic controls in complex machines and systems. You will search for and rectify faults and errors and commission, maintain and operate mechatronic systems.

The apprenticeship focuses on turning, milling and grinding metals using machine tools as well as monitoring and controlling production processes. In addition to further specialist knowledge in the areas of maintenance and quality inspection, you will gain an insight into various departments in the occupational field during your training.

Duration: 3.5 years
IT specialists specializing in system integration plan and configure IT systems. As a service provider, you will set up these systems according to our requirements and operate or manage them. This also includes systematically isolating and rectifying faults that occur using modern expert and diagnostic systems. You will advise users on the selection and use of devices and solve application and system problems. You will also create system documentation and provide training for users.

Duration: 3 years
During your apprenticeship, you will get to know all commercial areas. These include purchasing, finance and accounting, sales, controlling, marketing and human resources. After completing your apprenticeship, you will work primarily in administration as a clerk (m/f/d). As part of your duties, you will also support projects.

Duration: 2.5 years
Mechanical engineering studies focus on the development of production systems and machines on the one hand and the optimization and analysis of production processes on the other. The specialist knowledge required for this is taught increasingly in the areas of design and production engineering at the end of the course, depending on the specialization. This chosen specialization gives you the opportunity to work in one of these two areas after successfully completing your studies.

Are you a school student and don't yet know which career path you would like to take? Then why not do an internship, either as a compulsory BORS / BOGy internship or as a voluntary internship. We would like to give you the opportunity to gain an insight into our various training professions.
In the technical area, your internship will take place in our training workshop, where you will also get to know our trainees and can gather practical information about the apprenticeships there. In the commercial area, you will gain an insight into our reception, purchasing, sales, logistics, HR and marketing departments. Here you will learn the optimal basics to get to know the profession of industrial clerk (m/f/d) better. As an IT specialist, you will receive all the insights and information about this profession in our IT department.
