GOAL
Technical and Commercial consultancy of the FAULHABER Group product portfolio
Maintain the existing business and ensure further growth in the assigned region
Ensure customer satisfaction
DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
Achieve the personal and the Team Sales objectives set by the Management
Collaborate with Sales Management to define market trends, promotional activities and proposals for improvements regarding the product portfolio
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Responsible for the customer and/or representative relation regarding objective achievement and defend pricing policy set by Management
Consult and propose technical solutions of the product portfolio to customers
Regular technical trainings and product presentations to customers
Elaborating offers, receive and verify orders and coordinate internal activities with other departments
Active use of CRM; data entry and regular update of customer activities and opportunities
Collaboration to continuous improvement of the sales process
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics
Team oriented personality with cooperative spirit
Strong negotiating and persuasive skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Result-oriented attitudes and customer focus
Knowledge in use of Oracle/SAP and sugar CRM is a plus
French mother tongue, German good, English as additional language

REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience of a sales position in a similar industry
3 years’ experience of a sales position on the Swiss market will be a plus
Flexibility, willing to travel to visit customers. Please note that presence in Ticino is requested only for periodical meetings. Applications both from Ticino and from German or French part of Switzerland are welcome.

Assicurare la corretta registrazione, gestione e controllo dei moduli debitori e creditori e supportare il Reparto Contabilità nelle altre attività di gestione finanziaria/contabile dell’azienda

Verificare le fatture creditori registrate
Registrare e controllare le note di credito
Registrare e verificare i conteggi spesa dei dipendenti
Verificare e monitorare le fatture bloccate
Preparare ed elaborare i pagamenti ai fornitori
Verificare le note di credito emesse ai clienti ed elaborare un’analisi ad hoc da trasmettere al management
Elaborare i richiami e gli estratti conto
Registrare e verificare gli incassi
Aggiornare le anagrafiche debitori e creditori
Registrare i documenti di cassa e verificare eccedenze/ammanchi
Elaborare statistiche e analisi secondo le necessità del dipartimento
